Alan Turing fue un científico británico reconocido como el padre de la informática y la inteligencia artificial. Fue reclutado por el Servicio Británico de descifrado cuando estalló la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Creó una máquina para luchar contra Enigma, la máquina a través de la cual los nazis enviaban mensajes cifrados a sus tropas. Gracias a la máquina de Turing se salvaron millones de vidas.
