La Intuición desempeña un rol importante en la proyectación y comprensión del Diseño de Interiores pero, como afirma Mario Bunge, "...sin intuición no arrancamos, y con ella sola nos desbarrancamos...". Hay que ir en busca de la Razón para sistematizar lo intuido. Elaborar una Teoría no es hallar la "solución mágica" ni la "dirección correcta" sino consolidar "senderos en el bosque", aportar luz y nuevas herramientas que ayuden al Diseñador a elegir sus caminos, aquellos que más convengan a sus propósitos.
