Este volumen reúne una serie de trabajos que se centran en la morfosintaxis histórica hispanoamericana, con el propósito de atender en detalle esta parcela de la investigación lingüística. La reflexión en torno a los problemas y retos que implica el estudio de la morfosintaxis histórica hispanoamericana conlleva una serie de preguntas sobre los alcances de los corpus disponibles en la reconstrucción histórica del español americano.
