A little girl catches a cold from her seatmate at school, chickenpox from her little brother, and other illnesses from other people, but there is one contagion she really does want to catch.

Fifteen-year-old Julián is a shy boy who works in his grandfather's pet store. One day, a girl asks him help to find the best owner for her puppy, since her parents have forbidden her to keep it.
